About the Platform 

IBISBAHub is a web-based FAIR management platform for IBISBA assets and projects, long term hosted at INRA:

• A Yellow pages of IBISBA members, skills and competencies

• A Library of IBISBA computational workflows, lab protocols and SOPs and a Portal for launching IBISBA’s workflows

• A Commons for IBISBA programmes and projects that provides spaces for experiments, workflows, data, lab protocols, publications, models, documents etc under their independent control with collaboration and secure login features.

• A Repository with asset management features such as version control, fixed snapshots, and identifier schemes

• Publishing support with DOIs and export as rich Research Objects

• Integration with other systems, such as on site data stores, through APIs

• Open source platform configured instance of FAIRDOM-SEEK platform
